Church Ruling On Voting

VATICAN CITY, April 1J The Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office of the Vatican ruled today that Roman Catholic voters could not cast their ballots for self-styled Christian politicians who co-operated in practice with the Communists. British United Press reported. It said Roman Catholics saw the ruling as a warning to Sicilian voters, who go to the polls next month to elect a regional council.
