Jockey Hurt In Fall

(From Out Own Reporter) BLENHEIM, April 9. The Orari horseman. C. Witika, who is attached to T. W. Reilly*s stable, was admitted to the Blenheim Hospital yesterday after a fall from the two-year-old Ginger Mac during an exercise gallop on the plough. The horse was frightened by sheep grazing on the course and it shied. Witika was thrown, got up to walk away, and then collapsed. He was unconscious when taken to hospital but regained consciousness late yesterday and was making a steady recovery today.
