London Specialist In Mental Health

(New Zeaiana Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 4.

Dr. L. T. Hilliard, physician superintendent at Fountain Hospital, London, has accepted an invitation from the Government to visit and lecture in New Zealand. This was announced by the Minister of Health (Mr Mason) who said that Fountain Hospital was a widely recognised centre for post-graduate training and research projects in mental deficiency. “Dr. Hilliard will arrive in May and all those concerned will have the benefit of his lectures. He is a recognised world authority on that particular aspect of mental retardation put forward in the report of the sub-committee of the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association,” said Mr Mason.
