GOOD CAUSE FOR CELEBRATION.—The Prime Minister of Greece, Mr Constantine Karamanlis (left), and the Prime Minister of Turkey, Mr Adnan Menderes, raise their glasses in-a toast during a luncheon at the Dolder Hotel in Zurich, on February 11, after the final meeting of the Greek-Turkish “summit” conference on Cyprus. It was announced after the meeting that the Prime Ministers had reached agreement providing for the establishment of an independent Republic of Cyprus.
