COUNCIL REGISTRATION OF DOGS PUBLIC NOTICE is Hereby Given Sursuant to Section 8 of the Dog egistration Act, 1955, that the Council has by resolution fixed the following fees to be paid for the registration of dogs ordinarily kept within the boundaries of the County, for the period January 1 to December 31, 1959. (1) Working Dogs (as defined by the Act), 5s each dog. (2) Dogs kept for other purposes, £1 each dog. The fees include a charge of Is (one shilling) in respect to each dog registered, for the supply of tablets for the prevention of hydatids disease. The Act provides that any person who keeps an unregistered dog of a greater age than six months for a period of 14 days or more shall be liable to a fine not exceeding £2O.
