Net Profit Of £237,549 Shown lHew Zealana Press Association) INVERCARGILL, January 20. The accounts of the Southland Frozen Meat Company, for the year ended October 31 last, show a net profit of £237,549, after providing for depreciation and taxation. The amount brought forward from last year (less interim dividend £25,558) was £51,265, leaving £288,814 available for distribution. The directors have transferred £150,000 to reserve for buildings and recommend payment of a final dividend of 2s a share on the paid up capital, absorbing £68,155. This leaves £70,659 to be carried forward.
