M.C.C. Amateurs Win Easily

Doggart (Sussex) scored 141 in helping the M.C.C. amateur touring team to beat Northern Camps by 146 runs yesterday in a one-day match. After scoring 235 the M.C.C. dismissed Northern Camps (which batted 15 men) for 89 runs. J. Bailey (Essex) took six wickets for 16 runs and C. Robins (Middlesex) five for 31.
