“Truth Falsified
By Press”
(Rec 1130 p.m.)
HAVANA. January 15.
The Cuban Interior Minister, Mr Luis Orlando Rodriguez, alleged today that a foreign press agent had falsified the truth in announcing mass executions which had not taken place.
Such a report was absolutely false because the principles of the revolution and the desires of President Manuel Urrutia and the revolutionary leader, Fidel Castro, were that no executions should take place without first exhausting all legal processes, he said.
