BUS LEAVES ROAD

10 Persons Injured (New Zealand Press Association) TAUMARUNUI, Jan. 12.

A Railways Road Services bus returning to Taumarunui from Frankton with members of a railways cricket team and their families capsized eight miles south of Te Kuiti after leaving the road at 9.45 o’clock last night. Mrs J. A. O’Neill was admitted to the Taumarunui Public Hospital with lacerations to various parts of the body and Mr C. H. Pyke was taken to the Te Kuiti Public Hospital with injuries to the face and ribs. Their condition is riot considered serious. The driver of the bus and seven other passengers suffered minor injuries.
