N.Z. Policewoman To Return

Miss Sophie Alloway, who retired this week as second in command of the Women’s Police Branch at Scotland Yard, will return to her native New Zealand in a few days. Her successor is Superintendent Winifred Theodora Barker, who has been serving with the British Police Unit in Cyprus.
