(N.Z Press Association—Copyright) VIENTIANE (Laos), January 9. Communist North Vietnam troops had made two entries into Laotian territory and were using the areas to help Communists escape from the country, the Secretary of Information for Laos (Mr Sishouk Nachampasak) said today, the British United Press reported. An estimated 3000 North Vietnam troops penetrated 10 miles into Laotian territory at Thchepone, and a force was occupying territory six miles inside the border at Nonthet, he said. Both places are in southern Laos. Two hundred families with communist sympathies were known to have fled into North Vietnam through the border penetrations, he said.
