"The Press" Special Service AUCKLAND, Dec. 30. Night trotting with betting facilities will be seen in New Zealand for the first time when the Auckland Trotting Club holds the last day of its summer meeting under floodlights at Epsom Park. Fields on the shell track have been restricted to 14 horses.

The double will be on the President’s and New Year Handicaps. The track is expected to be fast. Selections:— 7 p.m.—Tamaki Handicap: Dan’s Cobber, Marauder, Lalla Scott.

7.30 p.m.—Onslow Handicap: Arrarana, Belhan, Gaillard Direct.

8 p.m.—President’s Handicap: Macklin, Scottish Command, Heather Mary.

8.30 p.m.—Freyberg Handicap: Arnhem, Panui, Brookdale.

9 p.m.—Rowe Memorial Cup: Annual Report, Air Command, Sunny Smith.
