BRIGGS ROAD SCHOOL
Interim Committee Elected An interim committee to serve the new primary school in Briggs road was elected at a meeting on Monday evening. The school will open in February. A new committee will be elected in April. The interim school committee is:— Messrs F. Downing (chairman), D. C. Allison (secretary), and N. Cox (treasurer), Mrs H. Tatnell, Mrs J. Hague, and Messrs A. Olsen and O. Wakeman. The headmaster of the new school will be Mr J. J. Moyle, who is at present teaching at the Beckenham School.
