The grounds for my application are (a) Current practice or all retail shops in the district of New Brighton to be open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 9 pjn.; (b) it Is In the interest of the public that such facilities should be open to them during a week-end. Any occupiers of any shop and any representative of such Industrial Union of Workers or Employers as are affected and any Organisation that may be affected by the result of the proceeding, shall be entitled to appear and be hard on the applicaon.
