About £.5 was stolen by thieves • who forced a window in the Papai rua County Council office, 149 Main South road, during the week-end. An attempt to open the strong room door by chipping i away the concrete at the side I failed. A sleeping bag and an overcoat, valued at £2l 8s 6d. were stolen • when thieves entered the shop of . Snowline Sports, Ltd., at 165 St. Asaph street, during the weeki end. They removed the panes of • glass in a side window to gain entry.
