WEST BERLIN DEMONSTRATORS DISPERSED.—Police take action against young demonstrators trying to upset a Communist Party rally in West Berlin. The Communists staged the rally to launch a campaign for the West Berlin elections on December 7. Police granted permission for the meeting, but trouble started when thousands of West Berlin residents tried to enter the hall without tickets.
