TO DEFEND WORLD BILLIARDS TITLE.—The ornate trophy being held by T. Cleary, world amateur billiards champion, and Mrs Cleary is the solid silver Arthur Walker world billiards trophy. Cleary, and Mrs Cleary, left Australia last week for Calcutta, where, later this month, he will defend his title at the international championships. Cleary has also been Australian champion four times and Victorian champion 17 times.
