Communists Urge Seizure (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 6 p.m.) JAKARTA, November 17. The Indonesian Communist Party today urged the Government to take over all Dutch shares in foreign-owned business enterprises in Indonesia, British United Press reported. In a party statement supporting the Government’s seizure of Dutch business, it also proposed the appointment of workers’ representatives to the supervisory bodies controlling the former Dutch businesses. It referred to enterprises more than half owned by non-Dutch foreigners which have not been affected by the seizure of Dutch property.
