Acquitted After Second Trial

(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, Nov. 12.

After a two hours and a half retirement, an Auckland jury today found Randolph Gordon Loibl. aged 41, a metalworker, not guilty of three charges of unlawfully using an instrument with intent to procure a miscarriage. Mr Justice Turner, who had presided at the three-day trial, discharged Loibl. Mr M. Robinson defended, and Mr S. A. Cleal conducted the prosecution. Last week a jury failed to reach a verdict, and a new trial was ordered.
