COMMERCIAL Week Ends Quietly On ’Change
The week closed quietly on the Christchurch Stock Exchange yesterday, with only a little business done. Prices were steady. Feltex Australia nil paid were 3d firmer than most recent local business when a parcel of 100 sold at 5s 9d. Woolworths and New Zealand Forest Products were easier. New Zealand Breweries, National Mortgage B, Wright Stephenson rights, G. J. Coles, Bank of New South Wales and Tekau Knitwear were steady.
