Tobacco Bartered for Tractors. —Madrid newspapers report that Spanish-grown tobacco is to be exchanged tor German-made tractors and other agricultural machinery. Another angle of SpanishGerman trade is a plan to sell villas on the Mediterranean coast to Germans and to use the foreign currency thus obtained to buy I German industrial equipment.— Madrid.
