Alonsun And Copernicus (New Zealand Press Association) PAEROA, September 21. The spring meeting of the Ohinemuri Jockey Club was held at the Paeroa racecourse on Saturday. A strong wind and rain made conditions unpleasant until the fifth race when the weather cleared. There was a fair attendance and the track was heavy. < The double. Alonsun and Copernicus, paid £l2O 5s for £l. The totalisator handled £46,466, including £7751 on doubles, compared with £4651 10s last year. Results:—
