Mr C. R. Gillies For Second Test
Mr C. R. Gillies, of Waikato, heads the lists of referees’ appointments for major fixtures released tonight by the executive of the New Zealand Rugby Union. The referee of the first Test of the Australian team’s tour, he has been selected to officiate at the second test at Christchurch on Saturday. The following are the appointments: Australia v. New Zealand (second test), Mr C. R. Gillies (Waikato); Australia v. Manawatu, Mr S. G. Lemon (Mid-Canterbury); Australia v. Waikato, Mr J. P. Murphy (North Auckland); Australia v.
