MAGISTRATE’S COURT

Small, Justices of the Peace) SATURDAY A 33-year-old workman, Tadeusa Kokiarski, was remanded to today on a charge of assaulting Valerie Juanita Kokiarski on August 8. Bail was allowed in the sum of £25 -with one surety of £25. Bail of £lOO with two sureties of £2OO. was granted Arthur LeBreton, aged 19, a workman, and Trevor Lauritz. Ewart, aged 20, a factory-hand, when they were remanded to August 14 on a charge of on August 8 attempted defraud from Hay’s, Ltd., a shirt, valued at £ 1 2s 6d, one tie valued at 8s lid, and the sum of £lO 4s 7d, by falsely representing that a cheque was a valid order for £l2 6s.
