Leader Returns To Parliament (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) JOHANNESBURG, June 3. The leader of the Opposition United Party (Sir de Villiers Graaff) and one of his principal lieutenants (Mr Marais Steyn), both unseated at the recent South Afripan general election, were returned unopposed to Parliament today. Sitting United Party members resigned their seats at Rondebosch. Cape Province, and Yeovi Le, Johannesburg, to make way for them.
