(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, April' 28. An Australian and New Zealand record of 106.06 miles an hour for the flving kilometre was established by the speedboat Mystic Miss at Bottle Top Bay, Papakura. Owned by W. A. Stevenson, of Howick. and driven by F. E. Gatland, of Papakura, the boat is in the unlimited auto class and powered •by a Ferrari motor developing more than 300 horsepower. ✓ The previous record for the class was just over 90 miles an hour held by Diane, owned by Mrs Grace Wslkevi of Sydney.
