Brood Mare Sent From Australia

A mare sold at the national sales at Trentham in 1955 has been sent from Australia to the Inglewood Stud to be mated next season with the imported Nearco horse. Castle Donnington. She is Faux Careme and is by Faux Tirage from the imported Mi-Careme. Mi-Careme is one of the few mares by Donatello II in New Zealand and is a three-quarter sister to the English 1000 Guineas winner. Picture Play.
