Comments Of Mr Nkrumah

The Prime Minister of Ghana (Dr. Gwame Nkrumah) tottay described this week's contermce of African independent Stalos as being the most significant event in Africa's history for many centuries. Dr. Nkrumah is the matin sponsor of the conference, at which delegates from Ethiopia. Überia, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Ttanisia, Egypt, and Ghana wiH discuss political, economic, and cultural co-operation as well as world affairs. The Prime Minister ssfld in a radio broadcast: “For too tong Africa has spoken thmugh the voices of others. Now it will speak through the voices, of Africa’s own sons.
“We shall not forget our brethren in many pasts of Africa who unfortunately do not yet enjoy the freedom whfch we have won.
“We shall also be concerned to give encouragement and hope to all not yet free to attain their destiny."
