Diplomat’s Son Charged
(Rec. 9 p.m.) ATHENS, April 10. Robin Johnson, the 22-year-old son of the British Military Attache in Athens, was sent today to Kalilitheas prison, to await trial on a charge of manslaughter arising out of a car accident. Legal advisers of the Greek Foreign Ministry and the Public Prosecutor have ruled that he cannot be given diplomatic immunity as he was on holiday and not permanently residing in Greece with his family.
