Soviet Whaling Fleet Sails

(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 11. The 25 whalechasers of the 27ship Russian whaling fleet which has spent a week in Wellington, sailed tonight for Cook Strait to rendezvous with the mother ship, Slava, and continue their voyage from the Antarctic to Odessa. The chasers spent most of today completing the taking on board of provisions for the trip to Suez, where they may restock, and Odessa, their home port.
