Notice is hereby given under Section 52 (1) and (2) of the Licensing Amendment Act, 1948, that the Licensing Control Commission of New Zealand has authorised the issue of a new publican’s licence as set out in the Schedule below, and that the Waimate Licensing Committee invites and will consider applications for such licence.
