THIRD AND FINAL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSIDER APPLICATIONS FOR NEW PUBLICAN’S LICENCE. Licensing Act, 1908, and its Amendments. Notice is hereby given under Section 52 (1) and (2) of the Licensing Amendment Act, 1948, that the Licensing Control Commission of New Zealand has authorised the issue of a new publican’s licence as set out in the Schedule below, and that the Waimate Licensing Committee invites and will consider applications for such licence. The situation, locality, or area in which the licence is authorised to be issued is specified in the said Schedule. Particulars of minimum standards of accommodation and services laid down by the Licensing Control Commission and required to be provided for the proposed licensed premises have been deposited in the Magistrates’ Courts at Fairlie, Temuka, Timarur Christchurch, and Dunedin.
