BAPTIST BIBLE CLASS CAMPS
300 Young Persons To Attend More than 300 young persons will attend camps organised by the Canterbury and’ Westland Baptist Bible Class Union at Easter. Arriving on Thursday evening and staying until Monday afternoon, they will come from as far south as Timaru, and as far west as Greymouth. Speakers at these camps, which will be held at Motukarara, the Rangiora A. and P. showgrounds. Kaiapoi. and Glenroy, will be the Revs. Dr. E. Roberts-Thomson, R. E. Bullen. D. W. Rushbrook and G. Lloyd Crawford, respectively It addition. Miss Doris Adams, who wag in India, and Mrs W. Searle, who has served 30 years with the Bolivian Indian Mission will address the campers. Although a good attendance is expected, (Kaiapoi school. 100, Rangiora, 90; Glenroy 80; and Motukarara, 90), it is doubtful if last year’s figures will be reached. Officers are:— Motukarara: Commandant, Mr F. G. Howe; parents, (Timaru appointment). Rangiora: Commandant, Mr T. B. Nuttail; parents, Mr and Mrs R. Walsh. Kaiapoi: Commandant. Mr B. E. MacKenzie; parents, the Rev. and Mrs H. A. Gardiner. Glenroy: Commandant, Mr R. H. French: parents, Mr and Mrs W. J. Taylor.
