2. PERSONNEL STAFF An additional Officer is required for personnel work, to specialise in employee training. Qualifications required are a good education and organising ability. Teaching or T.W.I. training would be an advantage, as the position will involve the organisation of extensive training schemes of various types. In addition, the successful applicant will be Instructed in other aspects of personnel work, and will be expected to assist generally in such work as required.
