Pakistan Protests At Border Shootings

(Rec. 7 p.m.). KARACHI, March 30:

The Pakistan Government has accused Indian border guards of continually firing across the East Pakistan border from Assam during the last three weeks. A Government communique said that the incidents reached their climax on Friday when Indian border forces opened fire on a Latu-bound train inside Pakistan, killing two passengers The communique said that the Government took a grave view of the situation, and had asked the Government of India to take immediate steps to bring the situation under control inside their border.
