Sentence For Cruelty
Sir.—lt was witfl deep anger and disgust that we read of that fiendish cruelty to a helpless puppy. Instead of seven days in prison, he should'have 12 months, with a pitchfork stuck into him orice a month. We hope he hears his little victim’s pitiful dying cries, ringing in his ears till his dying day. God will surely punish him.—Yours, etc., PET LOVER. March 14, 1958.
