FRANKLIN DOUBLE
Big Blow And Lady Debra
"The Press” Special Service AUCKLAND, Feb. 28. Big Blow may win the Franklin Cup, the main event at the Franklin Racing Club’s cup meeting today. Because he could not handle the soft ground. He will not have ’matters all his own way. Tough opposition must be expected from Great Rose, Daysun, Black Raven, and Hard Aport. All have performed creditably during the last month. The Franklin Cup ig the first leg of the double. The Takanini fillies, Lady Debra and Miss Able, may fight out the finish of the second leg, the Pukekohe Handicap.
