Redcraze’s Owner Dies
(New Zealand Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH, Feb. 16. The owner of Redcraze, Mrs J. B. Bradley, died in a Feilding private hospital on Friday after a long illness. On the death of her husband, who did not live to see the success of his horse, Mrs Bradley came prominently before the followers of racing in New Zealand and Australia, where Redcraze became the greatest stake-winner in the history of the two countries. He finished his track career with winnings of more than £71,000. Wanganui Scratching Froth has been scratched for the Campbell Handicap at the Wanganui Joqkey Club’s meeting today.— (pX)
