Wairarapa Meeting (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 2. The Wairarapa Racing Club concluded its summer meeting today in fine weather. The track was fast. The winning double, Imitation and Glamin, paid £127 14s for £l. There was a much smaller attendance than there was on the first day. The totalisator handled £54,413, compared with £70,255 on the second day last year. The total for the meeting was £147,647, compared with £149,990 10s last year. R. A. Jenkins was taken to hospital with delayed concussion. He had ridden Royal Tryst which slipped and fell in the Maroa High-weight.
