Rugby Clarke Brothers To Stay In Waikato

(New Zealand Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, Dec. 3. The two AU Blacks, I. J. Clarke and D. B. Clarke, intend to stayin Waikato. They have decided against the offer of a sharemilking position on a farm at Okato, near New Plymouth, and ‘'will be available for selection for the Morrinsville and Waikato teams during the 1958 season,” according to I. J. Clarke. He said the Taranaki offer had been declined only after a great deal of careful and exhaustive thought. They had been very tempted to accept the position but had finally decided to stay in Waikato They had also rejected other offers from Auckland and Thames Valley.
