Obituary

DR. P. F. RUSHFORTH Dr. Patrick Frank Findlater Rushforth, who came to New Zealand from Edinburgh about a year ago, died suddenly at Southbridge this week. He was 33. Dr. Rushforth was born in Edinburgh in 1923. He graduated B.Sc. from St. Andrew’s University in 1942 and M.8.Ch.8. from Edinburgh University in 1949. Before coming to settle in New Zealand he practised at Beverney Hospital. Yorkshire. In 1953 he married Miss Monica Walker. From the time of his arrival in New Zealand until his death. Dr. Rushforth practised at Southbridge. He is survived by his wife and two young children.
