NEW WAVE OF INFLUENZA

(Rec. 7 p.m.) TOKYO, Nov. 28 Japan, which as far as is known, was the first country to be stricken with Asiatic influenza, is undergoing a second wave that promises to be worse than the first. This does not mean that all the countries that have since suffered from the disease are going to have a follow-up wave, but this is possible, according to medical authorities.

The hitherto unknown variety of influenza was spotted in Japan about Christmas time last year and reached epidemic proportions in the spring.
