Shareholders Warned Not To Sell
The directors of the Kaiapoi Woollen Manufacturing Company, Ltd., Christchurch, have issued a circular to shareholders advising them not to sell their shares. The circular states: “For some considerable time your directors have been giving consideration to proposals for the reconstruction of the company’s capital structure. Negotiations have how reached a stage where it is felt that this information should be made known to our shareholders. “You are therefore advised not to dispose of your holdings in the company at this stage. “It is anticipated tha’t the board will be in a position to acquaint you with full details of the proposals at an early stage.’’
