Shareholders Warned Not To Sell

The directors of the Kaiapoi Woollen Manufacturing Company, Ltd., Christchurch, have issued a circular to shareholders advising them not to sell their shares. The circular states: “For some considerable time your directors have been giving consideration to proposals for the reconstruction of the company’s capital structure.
