TOUR BY PRINCESS ROYAL
12-Day Nigerian Visit Begun
(N.Z. Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, November 12. The Princess’ Royal left London by air today for a 12-day tour of Nigeria. The Princess Royal who drove to London Airport from St. James’ Palace in dull, murky weather, was seen off by Princess Margaret and the Lord Chamberlain. the Earl of Scarborough, as representatives of the Queen. The Colonial Secretary (Mr Alan Lennox-Boyd), the Nigerian envoys in London, and the Princess Royal’s two sons, the Earl of Harewood and the Hon. Gerald Lascelles, were also at the airport.
