"We can now look forward to starting next year with a full staff, because, for the six vacancies advertised, we received 17 applications.”
Mrs C. Perkins, chairman of the board, said that the school should be complimented on being able to have such a good staff with which to begin the New Year.
The six appointments confirmed were: Miss C. P. Curran, homecraft; Mrs C. M. Maccoll, who is at present relieving at the school, science; Miss J. H. Murphy, science; Miss E. F. Marshall, history and social studies; Miss R. E Watson, English and languages: Miss B. M. Still, languages. Resignations
