Financial Talks (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) CAIRO, October 25. The British and Egyptian financial talks in Rome will not be resumed unless Britain agrees to release £27.000.000 from Egypt’s frozen sterling balances and also “observes the financial agreement between the two countries,” a responsible Egyptian source said tonight.
