Previous experience in a large industrial organisation is essential and experience of modern training methods would be an added advantage. Duties will include the formulation •md implementation of training programmes for supervisory staff, clerical staff, apprentices and industrial employees. Other duties will cover all aspects of the personnel function for staff and industrial employees end to assume charge of the Personnel section in the absence of the Personnel Officer.
