Basis For Allotment Of Shares Ordinary shareholders in Ballins Breweries (N.Z.) Ltd. will be entitled to take up a shareholding reserved for them in Ballins Hotels, Ltd. Shareholders are entitled to take up two shares in the new company for every seven shares held as at October 25. Ballins Hotels is to be incorporated with a capital of £lOO,OOO in £1 ordinary shares. Ballins Breweries, has a paid ordinary capital of £350,000 in £1 shares. The company advises that no reserved shareholding in the new company, is transferable.
Boner Cow Up 10s Per 1001 b
The schedule price for boner cow has been raised 10s to 85s per 1001 b The increase, which follows a similar increase in the price of boner bull, will come into force at South Island works today.
