CHRISTCHURCH FRENCH CLUB

The route from Peru to Polynesia was sailed many times before the Kon Tiki expedition. Explorers like Bougainville, D’Urville, Du Fresne, LaPerouse and Alain Gerbault, sailed the route without radio communication and other helps, said Dr. John Moffatt, at a recent meeting of the Christchurch French Club.
