Russian-German Trade
(Rec. 8 p.m.) BONN, August 27. The Soviet Union has proposed a five-year £570 million trade pact with West Germany, according to informed sources quoted by the American Associated Press. The sources said that West Germany had counter-proposed a three-year £257 million pact. *The sources reported that the Soviet and German negotiators agreed to establsh trade missions in each country. It has been reported in Moscow that Bonn will not agree to a trade pact without an understanding on the repatriation of Germans held in Russia, but the sources declined to comment bn this.
