N.Z. CUP STAKE REDUCED
The stake for the New Zealand Trotting Cup, to be : run at Addington oh November 12, will, ba £6750, a reduction of £750 on recent years. This was announced yesterday by the president of tAe New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club (Mr W. M. Ollivier), who said that the reduction had been I made to bring into effect the decision of the committee to reduce all stakes in the present season.
